Are you a young person, seeking a sense of community, acceptance, and joy? Do you feel out of place in a world that increasingly values materiality over spirituality? Then Dancing The Path is for you.
Dancing the Path is one of the most amazing sessions at A.R.E. Camp. Young people from all over the world come together to support each other in the gentle, and radical transition that we go through as we enter adult hood.
We journey together, exploring who we are individually, and what the purpose of life is. How can we make a difference in this world? How can we be of service to our fellow brothers and sisters?
This year, our workshop will be focused on how the Cayce Philosophy of Oneness and the spiritual practices of Buddhism meet. Led by Corinne Cayce and Jesse Luckett - expect to be enlivened and enlightened in meditation workshops, a Search for God study groups, nature immersion, and newfound lifelong connections. Corinne is an expert on Cayce spiritually, having studied the Cayce readings for over 15 years. The Cayce readings have made a profound impact on her life, and as a young adult, she wants to share how these teachings can help young adults find purpose in their life. Jesse has been studying Buddhism for over 15 years, and is deeply passionate about meditation and the philosophies and teachings of the Buddha. As a licensed counselor, he enjoys helping people love themselves and find that inner peace that resides in us all. Corinne and Jesse live outside of Charlottesville, VA and raising their two young kids.
Edgar Cayce said that the purpose of life is to be a light onto others. What does this mean? And how can I do this? Together, we will attempt to answer these questions.
